Refund policy
As our cocktail mixers are perishable consumable products, we do not accept returns once a product is delivered. However, we will gladly assist you in the event of:
- Product damage or leakage during transit
- Incorrect product received
- Quality issues or products found unfit for consumption
If you experience any of the above, we’ll either replace the product or offer a full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
How to Raise a Claim
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure the following:
- Raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Email us at info@amalgama.in with the following:

- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the product(s), including damage or issue
- Short description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products returned without approval
- Orders claimed after 48 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or storage
- Taste or personal preference (unless there is a verified quality issue)
Replacements
If a replacement is approved:
- We will re-ship the same product at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- If the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or substitute of equal value (with your consent).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation. In some cases, processing time may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
