At Amalgama, we strive to deliver your cocktail mixers to your doorstep as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery in real-time.

We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our third-party courier partners.

- Free shipping on orders above ₹700.

Order Modifications / Address Changes
- Orders once placed cannot be modified. If you made a mistake, reach out to us within 4 hours of placing the order at info@amalgama.in or +91 99879 64974.
- Address changes post-shipping cannot be accommodated.
Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If the delivery is unsuccessful after 2-3 attempts or the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
Packaging
Every bottle of Amalgama is packed with extra care using protective material to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
If your order is damaged on arrival, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
