Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partner. - Refunds are granted only for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect item is received. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos and documentation. - Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval and returned to the original method of payment. - We do not offer refunds or exchanges for preferences, flavor dislikes, or minor cosmetic packaging issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any part of the Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor strikes, war, internet outages, cyberattacks, or other events which materially affect our ability to operate the platform or deliver products.
